October is flying by. I finished up a few things.
Our little foster Echo found a forever home! This little pig obtained some serious chill while she was here. I hope she's happy with her new friend. We'll miss her. Finishing with a foster guinea pig is often bittersweet.
I'm hoping I haven't done the last of my kayaking this season. But I had
a beautiful day with clear skies and still waters. Lovely!
Check out this rock climbing wall that was at a local fair. I tried climbing it. What a laugh. That little kid made it up to the top - I barely made it a third of the way up (on two different sides). But I tried! Does that count as a finish?
When we returned Echo to Dakin Humane, we made a consolation stop at
Cerrato's. Lots of Halloween treats. Get a load of these
cookies. Look at that glitter! (We got a pumpkin bon-bon and Oreo
brownie. Which are long since finished.)

I'm finishing up the Midnight Garden quilt - binding is on! I'm looking forward to several evenings of stitching the binding to the back.
Linking up with LeeAnna and friends at I Like Thursday.

Good for you to try the rock wall!
ReplyDeleteEcho didn't stay long! I hope she has happy forever home. Your kayaking scenery is gorgeous. I tried a climbing wall once - it was kind of fun! Yummy treats, too!
