My finished quilts for 2025 are few and far between. That will change for 2026 for I am currently working on seven quilts, including mug rugs and a few wall hangings. Next year is shaping up to be a banner year.
But what I didn't accomplish in volume, I did in SIZE.
My first set of finishes were all part of this year's Project Quilting: three post cards, a pair of bowl cozies, an apron (that I love), and a wall hanging. I worked on these a week at a time between my big, king-sized project...
... Winter Stars. Finished and delivered before the end of the year. Huzzah!
I got an email from the post office when it was delivered and signed for, then almost immediately received an excited email from my aunt with a picture of the quilt on their bed. Yeah, that feels good. Mission accomplished. A successful year.

The finished quilt is gorgeous. Congrats on getting it done in time for Christmas. AND all your other projects are equally fantastic. I particularly like the I dream of Jeannie lamp quilt piece. You are very talented. Love seeing all your projects and look forward to another year of them. Happy New Year.

What a productive year you've had - congratulations! I've found the foot pedal for my Featherweight, so fingers crossed I'll manage to sew SOMEthing in 2026. Happy New Year!
