One of the dancers wears these red plaid shirts. Makes him easily identifiable on the dance floor! So he brings a lot of changes. As I passed this coat rack in the hall, I knew he was at the festival! I wore my jingle belt to Sunday's dance. It amused several dancers that could hear me dancing down the line. I had one dancer ask me if he could jingle me. When I said yes, he shook me gently as we swung. LOL That was a first!
English dancing often involves skipping. That was a lot of fun with a jingle belt.
I got a chance to waltz a bit at a couple of open waltzes. Found some wonderful partners to dance with. (The photo is actually from Sunday's Zwiefachers, which was lovely to watch and listen to the music.)
Cutting radishes for my salad last week I discovered that some of them had pink webs in the middle of them. Pretty, aren't they?
Making progress on my sister's quilt. Just realized I'm further along than I thought with blocks. Excellent! I'm redesigning a few of the blocks for the last 15 I have left.

ReplyDeletePretty radishes. OK now I am curious about your jingle belt. The Native Americans in this area make jingle dresses using snuff can lids. Your dessert looks yummy. I took a quick gawk at your nyb blocks gorgeous.
