Our current foster guinea pigs from Dakin Humane are named Provolone and Bleu - the Cheese Boys. We've had them for three weeks now. They've been rather shy until Christmas. Everyone peered in the cage and asked, "Is there only one pig?" Nope - there's two of them!
But after the festivities, the boys decided life wasn't so bad here. They even said hi to my mother while she was here. Blue has been lounging around in the open. Provolone hasn't been trying to hide under the cuddle cup all the time.
I got an email from Dakin - they have 21 guinea pigs right now looking for forever homes. They wanted photos of paired up guinea pigs to better show off which guinea pigs should be adopted together. I sent them these pics.
They're cute, aren't they? I think Bleu will be quite the loaf once he hits his adult weight. Provolone has a bit growing to do, too. Some lucky person will get them for their very own.
o.m.P. how cute are they together. This should get them a lot of attention and a furever home. You provide so much to teaching pigs they are safe with humans.... may all all animals be safe with humans
